Relationships are perceived as very delicate things, which require extra effort to last. However, a relationship can also provide security and long term joy, despite many trials.

Building an effective / strong relationships is a necessary for several reasons. For example in a group the well being of the all depends on how efficient and effective that group is, being also dependent on how the members work well with the management.

An ineffective group can really be very frustrating. An effective group can also ask so much of members, that sometimes those ones would have no life outside the walls and sacrifice any other aspects of their life just to meet deadlines.
