LEGAL SUPPORT
Universal Declaration of Human RightsArticle 19.
Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.Article 20.
(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
(2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association.Article 28.
Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.Article 30.
Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.
PURPOSES
Internet life guard project is set to cover and accomplish :
1- Protection of freedom of speach for (but not limited to) internet estabilished users of social network sites, blogs and forums;
2- Maintain and protect of internet users privacy;
3- Creation, developing and support for online teaching systems;
4- Develop and support for corect and reliable systems engaged in activities against spam, scam, identity theft, copyright protection and so on.
5- Create and support systems for fast and accesible reports of any threat pointed against internet usage related human rights, starting with right of free speach and right to free and easy access to knowledge.
STRUCTURE
Internet life guard project is set as a horizontal organization.
Is set to be 5 groups of 21 people each.Base will be “round tables” groups of 5 peoples; all this groups are equal and set to operate as well as a unit and / or in cooperation with other groups.
Each group have a leader. Each group’s leader is part of the leading group of 5.
Each group have a certain level of autonomy to set inside rules and terms, optimized to fit with Internet life guard project’s rules and purposes..
Each group member can set also subgroups with unlimited number of members - this kind of subgroup will lineup to accomplish policy and purposes of I.L.G.P..Leading group is set to operate as well following “round table” principles. This group will set inside rules and regulations, will set the priorities, activities, needs, requirements and so on.
ACTIVITIES
As I.L.G.P. is set to be focused to online activities, will use specific forms of activities.
Such as (but not limited to) ;
- forums debates;
- open letters;
- large number of blogs posts published simultaneous or in series;
- contests;
- advertising, badges, banners etc.;
- news areas on main pages of members, and so on.
Yet, there is no limitations that I.L.G.P. will stick to only online activities.
MEMBERS
Base is set to be 105 different members.
That mean 5 groups of 21 base members; from each group one is the leader (usually the group founder); the 5 leaders will form the leading group.
Members may be physical persons or juridical persons, as well individuals or representative of a site (subgroup).
KEEP PROJECT ALIVE
Internet life guard project will need, sooner or later, certain amounts of money or other facilities.
Yet, I.L.G.P. will not grab money to keep his members online, but to support activities.
Leading group, once set, will create a suite of rules for received sponsorship. Yet, there will be created certain ways to allow anonimus sponsorship. technicaly, each group will have a large enough autonomy to create own material base for projects.
MISCELLANEOUS
The only authorized to speak in name of I.L.G.P. will be leading group. Each and any subgroup’s activities will require authorisation of group leader wich will be responsable to have leading group approval (as he is member in leading group).
BETA LAUNCHING
This is not a script, is not a software.
Internet life guard project is a open community.
Once this article is published, it mean that recruiting campaign has start. And will end when the 5 groups of 21 will be complete.
After, in shortest time possible, leading group will set required inside rules amd activity program.
