The basics of goal settings is well known by top successful businessmen and businesswomen. Those basics give you short term and long-term motivation and focus – both require knowledge to help you to plan and organize your resources and time in way you can allways get the best.

The basics of goals`s set will involve decisions about what you really want to do and what short term and long term goals you have to achieve.
Break down goals into the smaller / manageable targets that you will complete in your way to achieve goals.

A good way is to have a daily and weekly set of targets, being always in the position of going forward towards your planed goals.

Attitude plays a big role in achieving your goals. You must know about yourself what part of you or your mind holding you back ? Is there anything in your regular way to be that puts your plans into mess ? If you have such problems, then immediate act to solve the problem.

Careers are made by good time management. Careers require a lot of resources and often makes it be the life herself. Make good plans about how far do you want to go into your career.

Education is another key in order to achieve goals. If your goals require you a certain specialization or a certain skill to be developed, you must run for your appropriate education and development.

Family should never be left on second plan. From very beggining you have to decide if you want to be a parent and when. You also have to know if you really would be a good and how would you relate yourself to extended family members, while proceed for your goals.

Financial situations play a major role in achieving goals. Have a realistic goal about how much you really want to earn and create plans or targets which you will be able to reach.

Time is also extremly important. To reach goals and targets are required all the above resources (and not only), while use of them need time. Never ezitate to allow required time – but don`t forget the family and friends.

Recap :

Create a things-to-do lists for the everyday and also final points.
Always review your plans and prepare for eventually wrongs.
The goal settings should not be to difficult once you get them familiar.
Giving yourself a little pleasure: should be included into your plans.

Relationships are perceived as very delicate things, which require extra effort to last. However, a relationship can also provide security and long term joy, despite many trials.

Building an effective / strong relationships is a necessary for several reasons. For example in a group the well being of the all depends on how efficient and effective that group is, being also dependent on how the members work well with the management.

An ineffective group can really be very frustrating. An effective group can also ask so much of members, that sometimes those ones would have no life outside the walls and sacrifice any other aspects of their life just to meet deadlines. For a group of this kind, relationships can be stressed and suffer breakdowns.

Society is a network of relationships, which requires hard work and contribution in order to achieve the common goal. Having a relationship that is good, with cooperation and respect, can make a society work better. This way members works for the whole and towards achieve a common goal.

Understanding the other parties’s feeling and position creates an efficient relationship. The best method to understand what is important to anotherone is to ask what they want, listen and behave, such way that the other party realizes the importance you give, without you to say it.

Efficient relationships require open expression of feelings and positions on all matters of the relationship. Is assumined that both parties understands otherone needs and give what is / when is need it without asking for returned-favour.

Respect is the key to relationship. To create a more effective relationship, parties should treat eachother with respect. Respect can be shown by listening to the other party and by try sincere understanding of them needs and / or by confirming that they are actually doing everything they can.

Respect is the very foundation for a great relationship. This first of all means respecting yourself and, thru that, respecting others.

Another key in effective relationship is to tackle differences of the other party directly. Differences between peoples are often interesting. Can be easy noticed in a conversation when each party listens to the otherone – you may observe that each is having his / her own different perspectives.

A win-win solution for both parties works best. This can be done while parties acknowledges that the relationship is (more) important. Investing effort and energy to understand the other party’s needs and deal with it to get it out of the way. Perform an effective listening and no pre-judgement – is important for parties to understand each other.

When parties fail to express what is on them mind or feelings, that can stop the process of building an effective relationship.

Parties should be aware that certain things exist naturally and should be controlled while dealings with relationship.

Human nature is one. Some of things into a relationship also include stereotypes and mistrust, blaming others for a strained relationship, excluding the eachother’s feelings and no clear roles and expectations of each party.

Tips :

- Bring out issues and concerns comfortably.
- Make them feel more relaxed making them think more clearly.
- Each party to have chance to express feelings if need to.
