When I can write same about you ?

Last night I got a break and I used the time trying to convince myself that Earth is flat like a pizza. Have you ever try it ? Is awesome feeling to get oposition-feedback from each and every atom of your body. To feel your soul`s anger, to notice when your brain order to your hands “smash my face”.

Then suddenly I had a revelation.

No surprise, yet, da Vinci, Nostradamus, Verne, Asimov, they and others were all my students.

Well, I had one of those changing-the-course-of-history revelation.

Tim O`Reilly is not a human being.

Is a software. “timoreilly.exe” is the name.

Still I haven`t find out who scripted this software and why; but acording to my researces, it suposed to be an awesome utility script. Probably becouse of an unspoted bug, this sofware suddenly become malicious.

That`s for every time “Tim O`Reilly” words appear on my screen, I was getting a “Warning ! Malicious software try to install in human brains using internet connection !”. I was busy latelly so I haven`t read this warning carefully until now, after the revelation.

It is well known the Murphy`s law, G.I.G.O.. Garbage input, Garbage output. How that ?

“I`m threaten to be killed or at least raped (you wish ), live, on virtual world !”, starring Kathy Sierra (a famous nobody-never-hear-about-her) – is the “garbage input”.
“Law to force peoples to behave as same and wear same color suit with a badge, while respect timoreilly.exe orders”, well know also as “code of conduct for bloggers” – is the output garbage.

(Huh, what a garbage smell, scuze me a second, I must open a window – a new window, of course).

So, the mistery was revealed to public. Fortunatelly, damages allready done are small becouse most of infections attempt made by this software were stoped by peoples personal firewall, the “commun_sense.exe”. Is a great program, very usefull and reliable one, produced by Mothernature Inc. in cooperation with Educationisprogress Ltd. and Knowledgeispower Co.; I strongly recommend to everyone to use it in full version.

So, what is next ?

Well, hopefully, timoreilly.exe will self shutdown. Hopefully, programers who build it will review it and make required changes to make timoreilly.exe be again a great utility program, not a malicious one.

I gonna share to you a secret of internet, mister Web “O`reilly” 2.0, a secret which everybody knows except you. If on a site are no “rules”, “terms of use” and “privacy policy”, that site is untrustfull; as result no serious affiliate program wont allow them products to be promoted there.

. (Obviously, this only worked because I knew both parties enough to suspect that there was at least some amount of misunderstanding at work.)

Despite ALL your previous “look what happen to poor Khaty, do you want this to happen again?”, now you, on your own initiative, say/admit/claim that you know both and they are both nice persons. MY OH MY !!! Man, really, you are your best enemy.

Label your tolerance level for abusive comments

In comunism, they done same thing. They labeled certain peoples/groups as “dangerous”. 99% of them died in Siberia or in torture. Hello, America, is any of CIA, FBI, Congress .. anybody ? The best enemy of democracy spirit “lead” the internet ….

Libelous, defamatory, knowingly false or misrepresents another person

Is what you think to do or allready say THERE (in your 4 walls room) about me and others who opose to your “great” idea.

Violates any obligation of confidentiality
Violates the privacy, publicity, moral or any other right of any third party

Is what you claimed to be on your code. I bet you have no idea and never meet in real life a FLAMER. I think (and I`v seen this opinion on several places allready) that you take things dangerously to serious.

You are insulting a large mass of people who have diplomatically and respectfully (by now) tryied hard to make you understand how wrong are you. So far, only regular place where you have “back-up” is there, on your group-blog. And here, with all respect, back-up is YOUR few friends.

There are 10,000,000 internet users only in Malaysia … would you bet they wont be agree with you ?

Some (very few) people NEED to BE PROTECTED .. while thay can`t stand up against spamers and/or attackers. Becouse they are weak, or untrained or not awared that life sucks big time. But .. This mean for you that ALL are same?

I feel insulted by your attitude. Your attitude is basically “who is not with us is against us”. Stated clear by all your posts : badges for “clean” and for “all allowed”. Then, no badges mean what ? In early middleage, when first maps were drawed, on places unknown yet was white spaces filled with “Here are tigers”. You will follow same path ? In named middle age, on blank map areas only very brave or uninformed dare to go. In our here caze, only very few will come. Mostly smamers, trolls, flamers. You are planning to send them against your opponents .. Nice … I feel you want a statue in front of White House …

Again, some (very few) may need your “code”. Despite the well known fact that 80% of internet users never read (carefully) rules and stuff from sites where they usually spen time on web, which mean your code IS useless or not better that what allready IS. Not to mention that the 0.01 % of users, ones who are on net to be evil, does not even care about rules anyway.

My mother, R.I.P, had a word : Locks are meant to make honest peoples to know they can`t go in.

Ok, some will feel safe having your code. What about the ones who will refuse to “wear” this nonsense ? They will be forced to close them blogs ? Who is gonna collect the charges against true/suposed “trolls” ? Who will pay the people and the required technique to do that ? Don`t tell me that EACH ONE WILL DO IT ON HIS OWN. Simply becouse that will prove inutility of your idea. Becouse is no change, now, without your “code”, each one act on his own.

And more, are you awared that people as you, had LOST big time in court of law trials against “use of slang, adult language and similar” ? As you claim (thru your attitude) that you know all about subject “internet”, you should be awared by this fact. I`m pointing to a certain site (I wont nominate here, of course) who win each and every time(Becouse, you know, ANYBODY can hire a good lawyer … or more than one, if needed …). And have tousends of users and visitors. And … haha .. there you can learn fast-easy-free the SPOKEN ENGLISH.

Another thing : You said somewhere that you hope noone will not think was “censor” the fact you deleted few posts which you nominated as .. childish or so, however, probably bad language.
Man, is YOUR blog. You can CENSOR it. Don`t try to wear the Jessus shirt. Don`t play Mother Tereza. You made a politically mistake deleting those, while I care less and I`m sure all think same.
But you missed a great tool/opportunity : You had the chance to see if people raise voice against those ones or you could used (hipocritical limits) to doom us, your opponents.

Before everything, my dear reader, please read the “O`Reilly`s code against web-users rights (1)” too.

Now, back to our biz ..

Tim O`Reilly.
A man who enjoy to hear himself speaking.
A man who can`t stand up and accept is wrong.
A man who started all this shit for a presumptive death/rape threat adressed to a famous Kate Somehow-I-don`t-remember. Then, here we have the shining-live classic model of white armoured knight riding a white horse, ready to save the beautifull princess.
A man who might be the same who writed an looong article about web 2.0. A great article, so well writed that after 6-10 pages, you know EXACTLY what you allready knew before about web 2.0. Cool. We are used to name that “wood language”. Used by all comunists.

On a certain blog (U.K. owner), one of O`Peilly`s defects was nominated to be the fact he is U.S. citizen. No, I refraze : he is one of those U.S. peoples that make citizens from other countries to look for a rifle. This is not a death threat. Is what YOU, mister O`Reilly make people FEEL !

So, to be on line with his looser style, mister O`Reilly does NOT read comments against.

Explanation : To read mean to understand what the author wanted to say there and why.

No, mister O`Reilly is far too important in his mirror image to think others may have good points. He is internet God. He is SURE he own the internet.

So, after 3/4 of comments on his post were more or less pointing the needless of his “project”, he leave that page, write another novel with very sophisticated rules and addons to rules. After that, he make a comment on first page pointing to new one and also saying he will no longer follow the comments. After +300 comments, new commers should guess that. Yes, of course, most of people do not read all previous comments. So they have no idea they posting them opinion in vain. Good tactics, mister O`Reilly. Same comunist style.

But this is not the end.

Big deal, coz he claim is “virgin” material .. but is clear, from style and typo is not new.
Whorst case, that could be from a previous attempt to “take over” some pieces of internet.

Also, mister O`Reilly seems to be totally away of following facts :
- he do not own the internet;
- if his “team” (he call it group) worship him as a God, that does not mean he is;
- the typical “I`m american and America is strongest” style flow out from his behavior;
- he is not tyrained to understand that he is human, there for can mistake;
- he can not understand he is not entitled to enforce internet users to use his “way”;
- he think internet bloggers as a small local community;
- he is unable to see the lection that recently a student-gunman just teach us : written law does not stop evil, need something deeper;
- he think that a lausy sign (badge) will banish “trolls” from posting in unapropriate places – while at contrary, they will be atracted as mosqitos to a bulb;
- he is desperate for fame.

All above are my personal opinion and I stand up for them, according to human rights to have an opinion.

I dare you, mister O`Reilly to come here and have a nice non-insulting, decent chat with me, but not on your blog / forum / space. HERE.
I challenge you, mister O`Reilly that you don`t have the balls to admit your “code of conduite” rules and idea sucks BIG TIME.
I know how to demolish a comunist guy, mister O`Reilly, I am from a comunist country and I dealed with lot like you. You can not impress me with your money, with your citizenship, with your friends. And even more, I`m not alone.

We want our freedom to use internet. For all internet user, we want to be sure none like you won`t endanger our freedom.
